At DHC, we want you to be completely satisfied with your Japanese beauty ritual. If you are not happy with your purchase, you may return the product within 60 days of the order date for a full refund or exchange.
Initiate Your Return
Contact our Customer Care team via phone or email to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and a prepaid shipping label.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring the RMA number is clearly written on the outside of the box to prevent processing delays.
Ship the Items
Attach the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or scheduled pickup point.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
